In 2000, 72 Million people called for a culture of peace as signatories of the UN Manifesto for Peace. Individuals of all ages showed their commitment for a culture of peace and identified access to affordable peace education as a need to make world peace possible. POP exists to empower the capacity of people to learn about and live culture of peace principles.
